We still have some great adventures and events still up to purchase - like the Steaks and Stakes social event (Dads - this is your chance to keep the party going!) And don’t forget to see if your company matches your donated funds.

ITEM PICK UP

All silent auction items may be picked up at Gatewood Elementary School, Portable 3 starting Monday afternoon, May 8th. 

Pick-up schedule: 

 

  • Monday, May 8th: 2:00 - 3:00 PM 

  • Tuesday, May 9th: 7:30 - 8:30 AM, 2:00 - 3:00 PM 

  • Wednesday, May 10th: 7:30 - 8:30 AM, 1:00 - 2:00 PM 

  • Thursday, May 11th: 7:30 - 8:30 AM, 2:00 - 3:00 PM 

  • Friday, May 12th: 7:30 - 8:30 AM, 2:00 - 3:00 PM 

 

Please contact the Auction Procurement Committee to arrange an alternate pick-up time if the above doesn't work.
